The bus showed up before we had any real plan for it — just a feeling that if we were going to do this, we should start. Since then it's been pads, paint, plywood, and a long list of "next weekends." We'll keep updating this page as the build moves along.

We bought a Skoolie
In 2022 we had a crazy idea — we bought a Skoolie. A bus, half-converted, with a long road of work ahead of it. If you've never heard of one, a Skoolie is basically a tiny home on wheels. Ours is far from that point, but it's a project of love, and we're excited about everything we'll be able to do with it once it's done.

We built a bus pad
Before the inside, the outside. We poured a pad for the bus to sit on while we work on it — a small thing, but a meaningful one. The first piece of infrastructure for the project.
